Position: Bar Assistant
Salary: Based on experience + 12.07% holiday pay per hour worked
Location: West Tower Country House, Mill Lane, Aughton, Lancashire, L39 7HJ
Contract Hours: Full time and Part time hours available
West Tower Country House is looking for a Bar Assistant to join our team.
As a Bar Assistant you would ultimately be required to take on various roles including serving guests on the bar, waiting on duties such as serving guests their wedding breakfast whilst always maintaining consistently excellent standards of customer care and service in everything you do.
Having the right team of people working as part of our very busy operation is critical to the success of West Tower and requires nothing other than highly motivated Food & Beverage Assistants who love the industry and want to be part of something special.
Set in ten acres of beautiful rolling Lancashire Countryside, the North West’s premier wedding venue requires exceptional and highly motivated Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team.
Five minutes from Ormskirk town centre and less than half an hour from Liverpool, West Tower Country House has been solely dedicated to hosting weddings for the past 11 years winning venue of the year every year since 2010. We have an incredibly busy year ahead and as such need to increase our in-house team, most of whom have been with us for many years.
West Tower is a 28-bedroom property and hosts approximately 200 weddings per year. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is flexible and has previous experience working in a food and beverage led environment. Candidates will need to be highly organised, able to communicate well and have a passion for the industry.
