JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide professional supervision to our internal clinical team and Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists (RPQs) outside of the clinic. This role supports professional development, ensures adherence to clinical standards, and promotes best practices in therapy. The position includes the option to provide high-quality virtual individual and or group psychotherapy services to our clients. This is a contract position offering flexible scheduling with a focus on trauma-informed care.
This position is fully remote an open to qualified applicants in Ontario.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with relevant regulatory body.
• CRPO-approved clinical supervisor designation.
• Experience and training in clinical supervision, preferably in trauma and MVA contexts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with virtual clinical platforms and software.
• Commitment to supporting professional development and ethical practice.

Work Location: Remot

• Provide regular clinical supervision sessions to therapists within Lusana’s team and external RPQs.
• Support supervisees in case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical decision-making, and professional growth.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, professional ethics, and clinical best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and reflective supervision environment that encourages learning and development.
• Maintain accurate supervision records and documentation in accordance with professional guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services.
• Utilize Lusana’s virtual platform for scheduling and conducting supervision sessions.
