Develop personal plans and the task detail appropriate for completion of an acceptable volume of work and for the communication of status Responsible for maintaining currency in technological trends and directions; continually upgrading personal, technical, and IT related skills through research, education and self‑motivated technology experimentation. Participate in and contribute to the investigation of new technology and contribute to recommendations for adoption where appropriate Opportunities to take ownership of significant components of software development projects under the guidance and direction of a development lead and/or an engineering manager Provide operational support for existing systems with a view to optimizing/automating existing processes Collaborate with business partner, understand business use case, propose technical solution support business needs.
