QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Customer service mindset with patience for end-user support
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems
• Restaurant or retail industry experience
• CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to pursue

SALARY DESCRIPTION

$50,000-$65,000 per year, dependent on experienc
