Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Software Tester to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts, applying strong testing methodologies and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: * Create comprehensive test cases based on requirement specifications and design documents and prepare relevant test data. * Perform functional, smoke, and regression testing, documenting results and reporting issues clearly and constructively. * Identify and log defects using tools such as JIRA and follow up on resolutions. * Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, and communicate findings effectively. * Actively participate in daily stand-ups, scrum meetings, and team discussions. * Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and continuous improvement.
