Position title

Störungen, Tickets, Kundensupport: Du betreust die IT-Welt unserer Kunden, indem du Serviceanfragen bearbeitest und hierbei die unternehmensspezifischen Zusammenhänge überblickst.
Du bist für den Betrieb von Microsoft-Infrastruktur Umgebungen rund um die Themen Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10 und Exchange zuständig.
Du kennst dich mit dem Thema Infrastruktur aus und hast Erfahrungen im Bereich Server, Storage, Backup und Virtualisierungstechnologien.
Auch die Microsoft 365 Welt mit Endra ID, ExO, Intune & Co. sind für dich nicht unbekannt.
Mit einem flexiblen Arbeitszeit-Modell bist du für unsere Kunden da und kümmerst dich um ihre Belange (Option auf Home-Office).
Du stimmst dich mit dem Support des Herstellers ab und arbeitetest eng mit den Fachabteilungen unserer Kunden zusammen, um die vielseitigen Service- und Helpdesk-Fälle effizient zu lösen!
Zu deinen Talenten gehört auch die Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartner:innen. Als Schnittstelle fungierst du ebenso als „Dolmetscher“ bei Problemstellungen.

Qualifications

Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der IT-Branche.
Du bist ein IT-Allround-Talent und kannst lösungsorientiert mit Problemstellungen von Kunden umgehen und kennst dich mit Serviceanfragen und deren Bearbeitung aus.
Du hast Lust auf selbstverantwortliche Tätigkeiten mit Gestaltungsspielraum.
Du findest die richtigen Worte in unübersichtlichen Situationen? Auch in Englisch? Perfekt! Einige unserer Kunden korrespondieren in englischer Sprache.
