In addition to being hands-on with automation frameworks, you will mentor junior QAs and SDETs and lead a small team to drive best practices across quality engineering. Provide technical aspects in test automation strategy, framework design, and tool selection. Own the quality and reliability of high-impact fintech features across web and API platforms. Design, develop, and scale robust automation frameworks for Web and API testing. Build internal QA tools and accelerators to improve testing speed, coverage, and efficiency. Create, maintain, and execute automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams within Agile sprints to identify risks early and prevent defects. Leverage AI tools and techniques to simulate real-world scenarios, improve test coverage, and proactively detect issues. Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Work with Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Appium using Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
