Description

Your tasks

Working closely with your team, you will manage a broad portfolio of existing customers with simple company structures and support them in using our products optimally.

Your core tasks include, in particular:

  • Conducting  onboarding processes  according to our playbooks

  • Initial contact after contract signing  and support for customers during the first weeks of use

  • Regular  check-ins  to ensure successful use

  • Conducting ( online) training courses  for administrators and end users.

  • Monitoring of customer activity (logins, usage patterns)

  • Thorough  documentation of all customer interactions  and account maintenance in Salesforce

  • Collaboration with support, sales, and product teams regarding customer inquiries, bugs, or feature requests.
  • Contribution to increasing  customer value ,  NPS ,  CSAT  and to  churn prevention

What to expect

  • You will learn to prioritize and execute many parallel customer requests in a structured manner.

  • You will develop a deep understanding of our products as well as common customer use cases.

  • You build routine in recurring tasks such as onboarding, training, or account monitoring.
  • You will gradually develop into a trusted contact person for your portfolio.

Your profile

  • You have a completed degree or commercial training.

  • You have initial experience in customer success, IT-related customer service, or a comparable role – ideally in a SaaS environment.

  • You enjoy digital tools and are enthusiastic about topics such as digitalization and IT security.

  • You are proficient in using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) or are willing to learn quickly.

  • Your work style is structured, meticulous, and reliable. 

  • Your communication skills are very strong and you enjoy interacting with customers.

  • You have a strong willingness to learn, are open to feedback and team-oriented.
  • Your German skills are very good (at least C1 level).
