Descripción del empleo PROPOSITO PRINCIPAL Desarrollar un buen relacionamiento con nuestros clientes y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de los productos de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas de la operación apoyados en las políticas y estándares del área Comercial, para garantizar la rentabilidad de la compañía. FINALIDADES PRINCIPALES Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con sus clientes por medio de las negociaciones realizadas, con el fin de generar un beneficio entre ambas partes. Realizar la revisión del inventario de producto en el punto de venta con el propósito de sugerir al cliente la cantidad de pedido que debe solicitar. Ejecutar estrategias efectivas con los clientes a través del proceso comercial con la finalidad de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y distribución mensuales. Verificar que las palancas comerciales del punto de venta sean utilizadas de acuerdo con las políticas organizacionales para lograr un crecimiento sostenido para ambas partes. Ofrecer y sugerir portafolio total al cliente permitiendo ampliar los SKU’s que maneja el punto de venta. Velar por el cuidado de las herramientas proporcionadas por la compañía para el desarrollo y ejecución de los puntos de ventas asignados (equipos de frío, activos de giro, entre otros).
