Position Overview The Patient Financial Coordinator is an entry-level, patient-facing role responsible for proactively contacting new patients prior to their appointments to explain financial expectations, insurance coverage basics, and available payment options. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial transparency, patient preparedness, and a positive overall experience before the patient even walks into the clinic.
