Your role with us

As a .NET developer, you will be a key player in the team that develops and maintains our subscription services. We already run most of it in a cloud native environment on Docker/K8s. The database layer is a mix of SQL Server and PostgreSQL. You will be involved in shaping both the architecture and the way we work — and you will be part of a team where agent-based development is already everyday life and your role is about setting direction, reviewing and orchestrating rather than writing every line yourself. There is room here to influence both how we work and what we build.

The role is hands-on development. You report to the Head of Subscription Systems and are part of a team of 9 people — developers and application specialists. You have direct contact with users and communicate daily with your teammates who are spread out across our offices in Malmö and Copenhagen. 

Your tasks

•Further develop and modernize our applications in the latest versions of .NET, K8s, REST and microservices — including support systems for e-commerce, payment systems, master data, marketing, print planning, customer service systems and subscription engines.

•Work agent-based in your daily work — orchestrate and review code written by AI agents, using tools such as Claude, Codex or similar.

•Take technical ownership of specific products and help influence architecture and technical decisions.

•Drive change work and contribute to a modern development culture.

•Work closely with the business, including the sales and marketing department, to understand their needs and design solutions that suit them.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a committed .NET developer with a strong technical foundation and a curiosity about how AI is changing the way we develop software. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are not afraid to take responsibility, and are a team player with good communication skills.

Qualifications

•Relevant education in systems development or equivalent experience.

•At least 3 years of experience in systems development with .NET and C#.

•Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

•Experience in modern development principles, automated build/deploy (GitHub Actions) and unit testing.

•Curiosity about and preferably practical experience in agent-based development (e.g. Claude, Codex or similar tools).

•You speak and write fluently in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish), and have good knowledge of English, as you will be working towards several European markets.

•Meritorious: Docker/K8s, REST, Git/GitHub, Azure, Jira/Confluence.
