Education and Resources: Provide clients and their families with educational materials about perinatal mental health issues and coping strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, such as obstetricians, pediatricians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care. Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in electronic health systems. Support Group Facilitation: Help organize and facilitate support groups for new parents. Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach and education efforts to raise awareness about perinatal mental health. Customer Service: Provide cheerful and responsive customer service from new client orientation through residential stay. Activity Coordination: Direct clients to participate in healthy, recovery-oriented activities during non-structured time.
