Understand customer needs and recommend the right boats, motors, trailers, and accessories. Follow up with leads from website inquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns. Conduct professional walk-arounds, demo rides, and product presentations. Guide customers through the entire sales process—including trade evaluations, financing options, and delivery coordination. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, new models, promotions, and marine industry trends. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Ensure the showroom and boats are clean, staged, and ready for presentation. Accurately complete paperwork, CRM notes, and customer communications. Participate in dealership events, boat shows, open houses, and manufacturer trainings. Requirements Qualifications Prior experience in sales (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or similar) strongly preferred. Passion for boating and the outdoors—hands-on marine experience is a plus.
