  As Lead Microsoft Power Platform within our Cloud Native App team, you will drive the governance, development, implementation and support of Power Platform solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and innovation.

Key tasks & responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) ensuring high-quality code and best practices,
• Actively participate to the implementation and development
• Understand client requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and build strong client relationships,
• Define governance strategies, conduct maturity assessments, and formulate data protection and security policies for clients,
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to create scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, considering licensing requirements,
• Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and optimization,
• Participate in presales, architecture, and technical supervision phases of projects,
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform developments and integrate new features,
• Provide training and support to clients and guide junior team members,
• Maintain internal relationships, contribute to internal initiatives, and demonstrate leadership

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture and design patterns in the Power Platform ecosystem
• Proven track record of successful Power Platform project delivery,
• Deep understanding of data integration, custom connectors, and common data services,
• Proficiency in governance strategies, security, and licensing topics,
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools,
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• Experience in mentoring and team leadership,
• Knowledge of Azure, O365, and SharePoint Online,
• Proficiency in English and French (both mandatory).
