As a Team Lead Data Analytics, you will join the Growth Intelligence team and collaborate closely with stakeholders from the Product Marketing, CRM, Business Development and Engineering teams to identify business needs and uncover analytics opportunities.

Your mission:

• Coordinate and lead. Manage a team of 4+ skilled data analysts, coordinating their work to ensure alignment with business goals and maximizing the value they bring to the company.
• Deliver real impact. Bring concrete impact to the Growth team and business line through analysis and implementation of rigorous data-driven solutions. Analytics, revenue forecasting, budgeting, customer insights will be part of the main projects you will manage using data solutions.
• Manage analytic solutions. Modernize, standardize, troubleshoot, and maintain existing analytic solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Create and maintain descriptive outcomes. Track key metrics and coordinate the creation of visual representations (dashboards, maps) to communicate analytical insights effectively.
• Partner with data engineering. Work closely with data engineers to define and improve Satispay’s data structure, pipelines, and visualization layers, ensuring that analytics can scale and support business decisions effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends. Continuously evolve the organization by adopting best-in-class technologies and techniques.
• Enhance data-driven culture. Support decision-making and promote a data-driven culture through ad-hoc analyses and insights.

Your ideal profile:

• Proven experience and analytical skills. You have 5+ years of working experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and can apply high-level analytical, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving skills to various scenarios.
• Team leadership. You have at least 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and grow a team of analysts.
• Expertise in programming. You possess advanced knowledge of SQL and query optimization, as well as extensive knowledge of Python or R. Additionally, you have experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Detail-oriented and communicative. You have a maniacal attention to detail and enjoy executing complex projects. You can communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your style to build trust in a positive and professional way with various stakeholders.
• Passion for fintech or startup environments. You are enthusiastic about working in dynamic, innovative settings.
• Language proficiency. You are fluent in Italian and English.
