Job Summary The Youth Mental Health Therapist (Spilt Caseload) participates in the clinical team by providing in office and telehealth counseling to children, adolescents and adults. This position requires flexibility to see both adults and youth in their caseloads. The successful candidate maintains a therapeutic relationship with clients on his/her team in meeting the biopsychosocial needs of the client and collaborate with the treatment team to provide holistic whole person care to the client. This position will work both in office and remotely. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred. Licensure: Requires a social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio – i.e. LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC or IMFT. Job Duties and Responsibilities Intake screening and orientation for new clients and guardians when applicable Providing mental health counseling using evidence based and trauma informed approaches of care to adults, children and adolescents Provide crisis intervention as necessary to enhance and restore functioning.
