Prepare vehicles for storage or customer pick-up, including washing, checking batteries and tires, and detailing interiors. Install and remove Jeep tops following the manufacturer's instructions. Handle front desk tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and making collection calls. Greet and assist customers, offering helpful information about our products and services. Show available storage spaces, assist with rental agreements, and answer customer questions. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on building equipment to ensure safe operation. Support other duties as needed to help the team and facility run smoothly. Please note that this position spends 95% of its time on maintenance and manual labor tasks Salary $20-$23.25 per hour, depending on experience What You Bring We’re looking for candidates with the following skills, abilities, and interests: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay focused and motivated during repetitive, task-based work Time management and ability to follow through on tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Education & Experience Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Prior janitorial or customer service experience Physical Requirements Regularly stands, walks, runs, bends, crouches, stretches, and reaches throughout the day. Frequently climbs stairs, ramps, and ladders. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 100 lbs rarely. Able to move through tight or confined spaces, including between closely parked vehicles. Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and office technology. Must have adequate hearing and vision to communicate and perform job tasks effectively. Comfortable working in indoor environments where temperatures may range from 50°F to 85°F.
