Mount and dismount, air pressure checks, balancing, tire rotation and flat repairs.  Ensures lug nuts are tightened to the proper torque specifications.    * Inspect vehicles as per the VIR training expectations.  * May recommend safety and preventative services to our customers.  * Receiving of product into location prior to putting away.  * Review procedure, Quick Guide Parts Ordering on Treadnet  * Perform vehicle oil changes as per VIR training standards as required.  * Assist with opening and closing of store, including EOD.  * End of shift duties completed (cleaning, finishing work, manager approval).  * Ensures that customer satisfaction and communication is of the utmost importance.    * Facility maintenance and clean-up including but not limited to:  1. Sweeping, empty garbage cans  2. Assist in organization of all tire and lube shop related supplies.  3. Parking lot cleaned of debit and/or garbage.  4. Warehouse Organization to include ensuring like tires are together, inventory is faced, rows are clean and tidy and help ensure the area stays safe for operating.  5.
