TUTCO-Farnam Custom Products is Subsidiary of Smiths Group with Headquarters in London, England. Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Position will be responsible for handling administrative support functions for all departments with the organization and HR related issues and tasks. Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties. Manage weekly and monthly data entry. Maintain online and hardcopy files for personnel and other reporting. Communicate all Safety, Health and Environmental Information Report monthly Safety and Environmental data into the Prism Matrix. Assist in scheduling pre-employment appointments, new hire orientation, reporting, and other company training. Ensure all paperwork is complete and ready for processing. (Insurance, 401K, etc.) Responsible for maintaining training records and working with other departments to ensure training is up-to-date for all employees.
