Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, along with a valid Texas Education Agency teaching certification appropriate for the assignment and a valid Special Education Certification (EC-12). Preferred qualifications include De-Escalation/Restraint Certification and coaching experience if applicable to UIL sports.
