Description du poste En tant que stagiaire en ingénierie des données sémantiques, vous participez activement aux projets de recherche et de développement du pôle. Votre mission principale consiste à soutenir l'équipe dans la gestion et l'enrichissement des données biomédicales. Vos activités principales sont les suivantes : Vous gérez des bases de données en graphe : Participation à la modélisation, à l'alimentation et à l'interrogation de bases de données orientées graphes (type Neo4j) pour représenter des connaissances médicales complexes. Vous traitez du Langage Naturel (NLP) : Développement et test de scripts pour l'extraction d'informations à partir de textes cliniques non structurés. Vous intégrez des ressources lexico-sémantiques : Manipulation et intégration de terminologies de référence (SNOMED CT, CIM10, CHOP, etc.) dans nos outils internes. Vous réalisez du mapping et alignement : Réalisation de tâches de "mapping" entre des codifications locales hospitalières et des standards internationaux pour assurer l'interopérabilité sémantique. Vous analysez la qualité des données : Évaluation de la cohérence et de la complétude des données sémantiques traitées. Vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique et bienveillante au Campus Biotech.
