Vakdiploma’s: indien nodig behaal je deze tijdens werktijd. Ons doel? Jou opleiden tot een deskundige Adviseur Vermogen: iemand die klanten begeleidt bij vermogensopbouw en beleggen, met oog voor hun persoonlijke situatie. Hoe ziet het leertraject eruit? Fase 1 – Starten in het Digitaal Vermogen Team (DVT) Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met een belegd vermogen van €50.000 tot €500.000. Je hebt veel klantcontact, leert onze werkwijze kennen en ontwikkelt je commerciële vaardigheden. Je krijgt een persoonlijke coach die jou begeleidt. Fase 2 – Groeien naar Adviseur Vermogen Je gaat naast je werk in het DVT aan de slag met adviesvaardigheden. Je leert hoe je adviesgesprekken voert, beleggingsplannen opstelt en klanten helpt hun doelen te realiseren. Ook hier staat jouw coach klaar om je te ondersteunen. Na het leertraject Heb je beide fases succesvol afgerond? Dan stroom je door naar het centrale adviesteam of één van onze commerciële regio’s. Je krijgt een nieuwe functie, een passende schaal en meer verantwoordelijkheid. Als Adviseur Vermogen: Geef je hoogwaardig beleggingsadvies en werk je volgens wet- en regelgeving.
