We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Shop Tech with experience in heavy equipment, small engine repair, and truck maintenance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in diagnosing and repairing a variety of equipment — from tractors and loaders to commercial mowers and snow removal machines — ensuring our fleet is dependable in every season. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of heavy and compact equipment (including Kubota tractors, loaders, and skid steers). Conduct small engine repairs on mowers, snow blowers, trimmers, and other commercial-grade tools. Diagnose and repair light- and medium-duty trucks, including brakes, hydraulics, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance. Utilize computer-based diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and repair documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment in compliance with company safety standards. Order parts and track inventory to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime. Collaborate with managers and crew leaders to prioritize repair schedules and keep all equipment in optimal condition.
