Description Part-time Night Custodian - School/Church Location: Belmont Area, Nashville, TN Department: Custodial - ServiceFM LLC Reports To: Custodial Supervisor Employment Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt) Compensation: $17 per hour plus some benefits Position Summary: ServiceFM LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Custodian to join our custodial team at a school/church facility in the Belmont area. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform daily custodial duties, including: Sweeping, mopping (wet and dry), dusting, and vacuuming Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, classrooms, hallways, offices, cafeteria, and common areas Emptying trash and picking up debris from the floors and grounds Cleaning interior windows and doors Event setup and breakdown (e.g., furniture moves, assembly setups) Floor and carpet maintenance (especially during school breaks) Secure all buildings at the end of each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
