Educates families on patient condition, needs and care. Performs head to toe physical assessments. Checks vital signs and manages medications. Administers and maintains catheters. Complete documentation timely and accurately. Supervises HHAs. Regularly communicates patient progress to the clinical manager, physician and care team. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Licensure: Current State license as a Registered Nurse. Current driver’s license. Current CPR Certification.
