• Home care: 1 year (preferred)

This fulfilling role involves providing tailored care to meet the young person’s specific needs, including:

• Assisting with mobility and physical needs
• Supporting enteral feeding via a gastrostomy tube.
• Managing and monitoring epilepsy, including administering emergency medication
• Ensuring safety, while offering emotional support to both the young person and their family.
