Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with experience in the roofing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored roofing and renovation solutions. This role requires a blend of sales experience, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to conduct product demonstrations and close sales effectively.
Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their roofing or renovation needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and accurately managing cash handling.
- Maintain a well-organized sales area to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
- Efficiently manage time to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and share best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to make informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roofing sales or a similar technical sales environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and relevant technology.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident in demonstrating and discussing products persuasively.
- Strong time management skills for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

• Commission pay

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
