Rehab2Go is a growing platform with a network of over 150 healthcare professionals committed to making high-quality rehabilitation services accessible to those who need them most — right in the comfort of their homes. Our team works with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from Motor Vehicle Accidents, residents of retirement homes, patients with private insurance, and those receiving care in hospitals or following hospital discharge.
We have established partnerships with retirement homes, doctors, traditional physical rehabilitation clinics, and major insurance companies to ensure our patients receive timely and effective care without the barriers of in-clinic scheduling or travel limitations.
The Opportunity: We are currently seeking Registered Kinesiologists to join our team as Independent Contractors to see in-home patients in the GTA area. This is a flexible, freelance-style opportunity that allows you to maintain full autonomy over your schedule.
You’ll have the freedom to choose which patients you accept based on your expertise and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized exercise plans.
• Deliver exercise therapy for musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, or post-surgical recovery.
• Track progress and document sessions according to insurance and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate patients and families about injury prevention and lifestyle changes.
• Travel to clients’ homes or care facilities as required.

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
