• Greet and check-in/check-out patients in a warm, welcoming manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage recalls, and handle ASAP lists
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage email correspondence
• Process payments, direct billing, and insurance claims
• Maintain and organize patient records using Open Dental software
• Collaborate with the clinical and management team to ensure a smooth daily flow
• Assist with treatment coordination and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
