Responsabilidades del puesto Liderazgo técnico y coordinación interdisciplinar Guiar y liderar el diseño técnico durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto. Coordinar el diseño del sistema mecánico con equipos de otras disciplinas como ingeniería eléctrica, arquitectura y estructuras, asegurando una integración eficiente. Diseño y análisis de sistemas HVAC Diseñar instalaciones de climatización, sistemas de control, tuberías y accesorios. Realizar cálculos y análisis de HVAC utilizando software estándar de la industria para garantizar eficiencia y cumplimiento técnico. Evaluación técnica y toma de decisiones Revisar planos y estudios técnicos para evaluar alternativas desde el punto de vista técnico y económico. Recomendar soluciones óptimas para su implementación en función de la relación costo-beneficio. Documentación técnica Elaborar especificaciones técnicas, planos, elevaciones, secciones y detalles constructivos conforme a los estándares del proyecto. Cumplimiento normativo Asegurar que todos los diseños y ejecuciones cumplan con los códigos aplicables, normativas locales e internacionales y buenas prácticas de ingeniería. Supervisión en obra Participar en visitas a obra e inspecciones de construcción cuando sea necesario, verificando la correcta ejecución de los sistemas diseñados. Requisitos Es imprescindible contar con licenciatura o grado en Ingeniería Mecánica o un campo similar. Idealmente, tienes más de 10 años de experiencia relacionada con diseño de instalaciones mecánicas, especialmente climatización, para diferentes tipos de edificios. Fluidez en español y nivel alto de inglés (ambos de forma verbal y escrita). Dominio de software de cálculo de ingeniería como HAP, Cype y/o cualquier otro software similar. El conocimiento de IES será un plus. Buen conocimiento de las normas y reglamentos internacionales (AHSRAE, IMC, BS, CIBSE, etc.). El conocimiento de Revit será una ventaja.
