Working on large-scale infrastructure and capital programmes you will have an opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients including high-profile projects, working alongside other construction professionals in multi-disciplinary teams. Here's what you'll do Support and deliver commissions in area of efficiency & value identification, assurance & continuous improvement, construction economics research & analysis, plus general cost intelligence services. Have experience in one or more of the following technical disciplines: Cost Model and / or Cost Estimate development Statistical Analysis to support benchmarking and efficiency exercises Business Cases development and Cost Benefit Analysis Defining business models Identify cost reduction opportunities through benchmarking and efficiency exercises Possess analysis capabilities which be applied to client and industry datasets to create data-driven solutions. Work with the leadership team to mature and develop service offerings with practical and viable solutions for our clients.
