We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable beauty professional who is ready to support and develop the next generation of therapists. You will need a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in both beauty therapy and nails, along with relevant industry experience gained in salons, spas or similar environments.
You should be organised, approachable and motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners and employers. You will also need to hold an Assessor Award and have experience of assessing in the workplace.
A good understanding of apprenticeship standards, workplace assessment and the end-point assessment process is important. Experience of delivering apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners through EPA preparation and using virtual learning platforms or e-portfolios would be an advantage.
Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for helping others succeed, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training that supports our learners in building their confidence, skills and future careers.
