Salary: £33\37,000 per year Working 5 days over 7 Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9. Responsibilities: You are passionate about food and drinks! Manage the overall beverage offer for the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages. Create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible. Lead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind. Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients. Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as a ambassador for the brand.
