Description:

• Position: Waxologist / Laser Technician
• Part Time position available
• Compensation: Hourly pay + service commission + retail commission

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing superior Waxing services for all
• Laser tech expertise; using the most elite laser technology providing clients the smoothest skin
• Educate clients on treatment sessions and benefits
• Communicate treatment plans to ensure realistic expectations
• Perform additional aesthetics services: tinting & lamination
• recommend pre & post care for all services and schedule next appointments as needed
• Loyalty program education and sales
• Maintaining a clean, organized work space. Ensure all equipment is operating and sanitized
• Well groomed, professional appearance in uniform
• Weekly one on one results meeting with your Location Manager
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build clientele

Requirements:

• Medical Aesthetics Certificate
• Minimum 5 years experience in performing full body waxing & laser hair removal
• Product sales experience
• Able to communicate effectively
• Be a team player
• Have a passion for waxing & laser hair removal
• Able to work with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Can work flexible days and hours including some evenings and weekends
