Track market trends, regulatory developments, and customer needs to refine product strategy. Product Development & Delivery Translate business opportunities into clear product requirements and use cases. Work with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, compliant, and user-friendly. Ensure interoperability with traditional payment infrastructure (ACH, SWIFT, RTP, card networks). Stakeholder & Client Engagement Collaborate with sales, relationship managers, and key clients to identify needs and co-create payment solutions. Partner with compliance, legal, and risk functions to ensure products meet regulatory and security standards. Commercialization & Growth Partner with Product Commercialization to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and performance metrics. Monitor adoption and client feedback to refine and scale offerings. Represent the firm in industry forums, client meetings, and with regulators on digital asset payment topics. Educate internal teams and clients on the value proposition of digital asset payments. Experience: 12 years in product management, payments, fintech, or digital assets. Prior experience with blockchain, stablecoins, or tokenization strongly preferred. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of payment networks (ACH, RTP, SWIFT, card schemes) and blockchain protocols (Ethereum, permissioned chains, Layer 2s). Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with financial regulations related to payments, AML/KYC, and digital assets. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
