Functieomschrijving Jij zorgt er samen met je team voor dat KPN-klanten de beste internet- en WiFi-ervaring in huis hebben. Dankzij jou werken we continu aan de vernieuwing van modems, WiFi-extenders en digitale journeys. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de visie, de uitvoering en de dagelijkse aansturing van je team en partners. Niet alleen lever je projecten succesvol op, je zorgt ook voor optimale samenwerking, stabiele processen en tevreden klanten. Aansturen en ontwikkelen van een team van circa 25 medewerkers (DevOps Engineers, Product Owners en Data Analisten) binnen de Inhome Unit. Realiseren van de Inhome visie en vertalen naar succesvolle projecten en verbetertrajecten. Verantwoordelijk voor financiële budgetten en kwaliteits-KPI's. Managen van partnerships met externe partijen zoals hardwareleveranciers en softwarepartners. Bouwen aan vertrouwen, leiderschap tonen en verandering brengen binnen het team en de organisatie. Je werkt in een hecht team binnen de Media Experience afdeling, waarin samenwerking, vernieuwing en klantgericht denken centraal staan. Elke week is er minimaal twee dagen een gezamenlijke teamdag op kantoor, voor optimale samenwerking en innovatie. Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in leidinggevende rollen, bij voorkeur binnen telecom, e-commerce of digitale klantomgevingen. Ervaring met software- en hardwareontwikkeling, partner- en stakeholdermanagement. Vaardigheid in het aansturen van teams en het realiseren van financiële en kwalitatieve doelstellingen.
