Standardize and harmonize the LEASETEQ booking models to support efficient, compliant financial operations. Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes within Odoo (our ERP system). Serve as the Odoo superuser, supporting internal stakeholders and answering accounting system queries. Oversee operational finance activities, including collections management, cash control, and bank reconciliations. Monitor key financial workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting at the group level. Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors and respond to audit requirements. Your profile 5+ years’ experience in accounting, group consolidation, or controlling. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing accounting processes and control systems. Excellent knowledge of Swiss GAAP and regulatory requirements. Comfortable navigating a matrix organization and acting as a reliable partner for group stakeholders. Fluent in German (team language) and English (company language).
