Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Je leidt het volledige accounting-, reporting-, tax- en treasury-domein voor de groep en haar dochterondernemingen; Je organiseert en ontwikkelt een efficiënt en toekomstbestendig team, met sterke focus op procesoptimalisatie en automatisering van de financiële keten; Je stuurt het afsluitings- en consolidatieproces, in nauwe samenwerking met controlling en levert rapportages van hoog niveau aan management, aandeelhouder, banken en andere stakeholders; Je bent eigenaar van het auditproces en onderhoudt een professionele en transparante relatie met de externe accountants; Je onderhoudt de relatie met de fiscale autoriteiten en borgt correcte en tijdige aangiften; Je werkt effectief samen met kredietverzekeraars en zorgt dat kredietverzekeringen passen bij onze groeistrategie; Je beheert de cashflow en cashplanning en zorgt voor optimale toewijzing van middelen; Je bouwt verder aan een stevig raamwerk voor enterprise risk management; Je leidt financiële due diligence bij overnames en zorgt voor een soepele integratie van nieuwe bedrijven in de financiële functie; Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO.
