REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions regarding menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly environment that encourages repeat visits.
