As an Application and IT-Network Specialist, you will play a key role as a bridge between IT suppliers, employees, and systems across our three subsidiaries. You will be the first point of contact for all employees regarding hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.
In this dynamic and specialized position, you will be based in our office in Arnhem, while working closely with our Manager Special Projects, and other stakeholders in the Netherlands, Cyprus and Switzerland. You will join a vibrant team within a growing company, contributing to the development and optimization of our IT infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education level: Higher Vocational Level (HBO).
Field of study: Business & IT Management, Applied Computer Science, Network and System Administration, Informatics, IT Security or similar. Preferably with Microsoft Certification (Azure or 365).
Languages: Fluent in English. Dutch and German are a plus.
Experience level: Starter to mid-career.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in IT and network administration with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Office 365, MS Dynamics, Business Central, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure).
• Experienced in providing first line support and troubleshooting for IT services and platforms. (Systems in use are Microsoft, Fresh Service, Mastex, SharePoint and Wordpress)
• Knowledge of threat protection protocols and internet security.
• Experienced in telephone, tablet, laptop and desktop installation.

• Manage and optimize applications and services.
• Assist in cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal cloud infrastructure performance.
• Provide support for network management, including maintaining system reliability and security.
• Install software on devices and assist when problems occur.
