As a member of the Commercial team, you will be crucial to business operational success, financial performance, and Oaky Creek Coal’s ability to build long-term supplier relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting: Vendor management activities, including supplier pre-qualification, setup and ongoing maintenance; The management of contractor documentation, including the maintenance of contract databases, registers and templates; The review and processing of supplier claims from major labour hire supply contractors, including validation of claimed amounts, coordinating business stakeholder approval and organising payment; Purchasing activities for the supply of services, helping to ensure services that are acquired represent best value, and meet governance, compliance and operational objectives, Contractor management activities, including scheduling and minuting supplier performance review meetings, keeping track of contractual correspondence and maintaining contract-related documentation.
