Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, leading regular meetings to discuss recruitment needs and strategies. Independently create and execute sourcing strategies, providing support to team members in strategy creation and overcoming challenges. Take full ownership of the recruitment process, planning future steps and actions with consideration of long-term implications. Share weekly updates with stakeholders, seeking feedback for continuous improvement and maintaining transparent communication. In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including experience with full-cycle recruitment. Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills, with the ability to provide market insights and guidance to stakeholders.
