This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and continuously improving the maintenance planning of the power plant, ensuring availability and reliability of gas and steam turbine equipment. This position plays a key role in planning preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, supporting the maintenance and operations teams to achieve established operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and coordinating, through SAP the warehouse infrastructure, inventorying spare parts, consumables, and special tools, supporting the purchase of consumables and spare parts from local and foreign suppliers, and maintaining a minimum stock level in all warehouse items ensuring availability, following established procedures and / or advice received. All this prioritizing the safety of people and equipment through strict compliance with established Plant rules and procedures and environmental protection.   Among its most important tasks include:   Maintain and update knowledge of technologies associated with gas and steam turbines. Possess deep technical understanding of the facility to resolve and provide solutions to issues arising during daily activities. Cooperate in designing maintenance programs in coordination with the Operations team, generating procedures aligned with plant objectives. Prepare and validate work orders in the Maintenance Management System, including required resources, estimated execution time, work instructions, and corresponding risk analysis. Plan daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and long-term maintenance programs, ensuring availability of materials and human resources. Manage and continuously improve maintenance procedures and instructions. Review weekly the status of critical equipment backlog with Maintenance and Operations Managers. Maintain updated statistical information and maintenance history for decision-making, including work orders, spare parts usage, test results, and acceptance criteria. Report results of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Coordinate and support planned shutdowns, including preparation, execution, and follow-up. Participate in the preparation of the annual maintenance budget. Actively engage in emergencies related to daily maintenance activities. Ensure proper control and follow-up of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, as well as backlog management and prioritization.   Qualifications and Skills: Your profile is a natural match if you have Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
