Job Responsibilities - Assists the delivery of sexual health promotion across a range of venues (e.g. workplaces, community venues, prisons, educational settings and through a variety of methods - Organise and attend a variety of outreach events and training - Provide specific information for sexual health events - Deliver sexual health outreach work and advocacy through direct work with clients or as an advisory role to other workers/professionals - Prepare the resources for the online condom service and outreach events - Provide condoms, lubricant and safer sex supplies through the C Card scheme and online condom service - Provide information and signposting/referral for local GUM/CASH/EOHC provision - Offer chlamydia screening to those aged 13-24 where approriate and relay results to clients - Support the delivery of C Card training in various settings to a variety of professionals - Assist with education and support for partner organisations - Support Sexual Health clinical services as required - Participate in audits to monitor the delivery and standards of care given to patients - Participate in maintaining the up to date social media for the Sexual Health Tea
