Prospección del mercado y aprovechar nuevas oportunidades de venta que puedan surgir. Funciones: Cumplir el presupuesto asignado al canal y la zona: Seguimiento de proyectos. Visitas comerciales para la captación de potenciales necesidades, analizando la situación del cliente y ofreciéndole soluciones técnicas de productos, sistemas y servicios. Elaboración de propuestas comerciales y negociación de condiciones. Resolución de incidencias dentro del desarrollo del proceso de venta. Gestión de la cartera de clientes: Seguimiento de plan de acción de zona. Fidelización de la cartera de clientes asignada. Gestión de reclamaciones. Detección de necesidades por parte de los clientes y nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Gestión de la distribución industrial en la zona.
