YOUR ROLE
As a key member of the CRM team, the Senior MarTech Manager will play a vital role in evolving and optimizing our CRM activities through advanced MarTech strategies.
This position focuses on enhancing existing customer journeys while implementing new segmented, value-adding journeys to maximize customer retention across all touchpoints. You will in the role support the implementation and optimization of a MarTech solution in Specsavers Northern Europe, defining CRM requirements for data and system integrations. Alongside this implementation, the role also involves identifying gaps and opportunities within customer journeys, using insights to inform data-driven decisions and enhance personalization.
At Specsavers, the goal is to engage, retain, and grow our existing customer base through various channels, leveraging data to target customers effectively. The Senior MarTech Manager will plan, manage, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, overseeing content development, design, and testing. By utilizing the new MarTech setup, the manager will drive deeper insights into customer behaviour, improving campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
