Maestro Technologies is looking for a highly organized and personable Administrative Support to support the daily operations of our dynamic office in Turin. This role is central to the smooth running of our workplace, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and internal processes run efficiently.

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partner
• Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, mail, deliveries)
• Oversee meeting room bookings and assist with travel arrangements
• Support daily administrative needs, from office supplies to vendor coordination
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on internal logistics and documentation
• Contribute to the coordination of events and company gatherings
• Help maintain a functional, tidy, and pleasant work environment
