Position Overview: As an Intermediate Real Estate Development Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of our real estate projects from conception through to completion. You will support the Senior Development Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, legal, and financial professionals. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Support all phases of real estate development projects, including site acquisition, entitlements, design and permitting. Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budget line items, track expenditures, and ensure that budget line items stay within financial parameters. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact project timelines, budget, or quality. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and updates to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate development or a related field, with a proven track record of managing development projects.
