Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.   To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on financial services. Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. SAP certification(s) is a plus. At minimum 6+ of experience working with SAP Finance modules as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required. Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.   Skills and attributes for success Demonstrated ability to lead teams Performing as a team player Ideally, you’ll also have Experience with SAP S/4HANA, and statutory and regulatory reporting requirements in Financial Services .
