Please note: This position is contingent upon contract award. The anticipated award date is in the first quarter of 2027. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plans, coordinates, manages and directs operational activities for all MPS afloat and OCONUS ashore MCMC functions and activities of the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program. The position requires comprehensive knowledge and experience of Marine Corps logistical functions including equipment maintenance, supply chain management and Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioning Force Operations. This position is responsible for logistic support activities involving various aspects of maintenance production performance, cost, schedule controls, operations planning, security, performance monitoring and efficiencies, report writing, program planning, MAGTF exercise support and customer interface.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. degree in logistical engineering, business, or related field. Equivalent experience accepted.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
• US Citizenship
• Related military (MOS Qualified) - Marine Corps MOS 0402, 0411, 1310, 1349, 1803, 1834, 2102, 2110, 2147, 2149, 3002, 3010, 3047, 3102, 3152, 3529 or other military service equivalent.
• 15 years of technical program/project support (Equipment, System, Programmatic).
• 10 years of progressive experience with specialized knowledge of logistic support activities including eight years in a management capacity, involving various aspects of cost/schedule controls, performance monitoring, report writing, program planning and customer interface.
• 8 years of Program Management or Deputy Program Management experience (Equipment Maintenance Assessments, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Planning, Budget Planning).
• Understanding of Environmental and Safety Programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with MPF and USMC Ground Equipment Maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of GCSS-MC
• General knowledge of QMSS, LOGMARS, MS-Project, and MCPIC
• Familiarity with FAR and DoD procurement policies.
• Strong preference for direct USMC MPF experience.
• Experience supporting proposal development.
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and oversee staff.
• PMP certification desired.

• Manage contracts, deliverables, and ensure quality, compliance, and financial success.

• Formulates administrative and operational policies and procedures.
• Directs and coordinates, through staff, the activities of all functional areas to obtain optimum use of MPF and GFF equipment, facilities, and personnel.
• Identifies specific requirements for financials, people, facilities, and services needed to support the MCPP OCONUS Programs.
• Correlates requirements with MCMC plans to ensure the support required is provided at the right time and place.
• Maintains applicable MCPP ISO 9001 and 14001 policies and procedures.
• Formulate and implement organizational policies and procedures to maximize production.
• Ensures quality of MCPP material and equipment production.
• Coordinate functional support such as IT, HR, Maintenance Management, Safety and Environmental, Contracts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between functional areas.
• Coordinate all activities with Senior Leadership Team.
